Raymond Funada, DDS

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Dr. Funada fell in love with the idea of providing immediate help with a compassionate spirit. In 1989 after graduating from Loma Linda University, Dr. Funada began practicing general dentistry with hopes of opening his very own practice. With hard work, he was able to establish Raymond Funada D.D.S. in San Jose, CA by the year 1992. Dr. Funada loves getting to know his patients and building long-lasting friendships.

As a lover of nature, Dr. Funada enjoys various outdoor activities and animals. Along with this, his passion for Bay Area sports teams and K-Dramas keeps Dr. Funada entertained in his free time.

After establishing his practice, Dr. Funada married his wife LeAnne who also shared a love for nature as a Professor in Geology at SJSU. Together they raised two boys in the SF Bay Area who grew to share the love of outdoor activities and Bay Area sports.

Through dentistry, Dr. Funada hopes to provide help, and compassionate care, while forming meaningful relationships with every patient who walks through the doors of his practice.
